"I am 180 lbs by the end of the 100 day challenge"
I learnt during these past few years about the importance of goal setting, but I always had trouble maintaining self-discipline and manage to mess my goals. This is why this 100 day challenge will be centered around CONSISTENCY and FOCUS.
My first goal is a personal, health goal I had since 2008, when my weight reached an all time high of 261.2 lbs. I managed to go down to around 215-225 but I've been hovering there these last 3 years. About 2 months ago I started a 'cleanse' program which I maintained so far, reaching as of today, 205 lbs.
I plan on following through with this goal, and I will be reporting (not every day), my weight on this blog. In the same way I was able to quit smoking cold turkey, I WILL REACH MY DESIRED GOAL by focusing on what I put into my body and by exercising.
One of the most fascinating characteristics of goal setting is, as Jim Rohn put it, what you will become in order to accomplish your 'big hairy goal' (I'm paraphrasing, but you get the gist). I'm planning on becoming the leader I know I can be.
